We pride ourselves on the exceptional quality and value of our products. Whether you purchase online at noodDesign.com, or at one of our stores, your satisfaction is very important to us. Here's how we your ensure you'll be happy with your purchase...


Online Purchases

Your satisfaction with your noodDesign.com purchase is protected three ways:

30-day online return policy:You are welcome to return an item within 30 days of online purchase, for any reason, for exchange, credit, or refund (less shipping and delivery charges) as you wish. All 30-day returns require a Return Authorization number. Please see details below.

1-year product warranty:Unless otherwise indicated at time of purchase, all of our products are covered by a 1-year warranty against manufacturing defects. All warranty returns require a Return Authorization number. Please see details below.

30-day online price protection: Should you notice an item on sale at noodDesign.com for less than you what you paid, within 30 days of your purchase, we will be happy to refund the difference for the product. (Does not apply to free or discounted shipping offers, or products at our stores or other websites.) Please notify us at customercare@nooddesign.com, and kindly include your original order number.


In-Store Purchases

Your satisfaction with your purchase at any of our stores is protected three ways:

7-day in-store return policy:You are welcome to return an item within 7 days of purchase, for any reason, for exchange, credit, or refund (less any delivery charges) as you wish. Please see details below.

1-year product warranty:Unless otherwise indicated at time of purchase, our products are covered by a 1-year warranty against manufacturing defects (excluding paper goods and final-sale items reduced by over 50%). Please see details below.

7-day in-store price protection:Should you notice an item on sale in one of our stores for less than you what you paid, within 7 days of your purchase, we will be happy to refund the difference for the product. (Does not apply to products offered online, or delivery charges.) Please present your receipt in-person, within 7 days of your original purchase, at the store where you made the purchase. Refunded amounts will be made in the original form of payment.


30-day (online) return details

  • If an item is damaged, please notify us within 24 hours of delivery.
  • All returns require a Return Authorization (RA) number from Nood. To obtain your RA number, please contact us immediately at customercare@noodDesign.com or 1-877-324-9906, after which your return may be shipped to:

  • Our retail stores are unable to accept returns for products purchased online.
  • Returned merchandise must be in original condition and packaging; otherwise it may be subject to a restocking fee. Pending inspection of the returned product, a refund will be issued to the original credit card, or an exchange or store credit will be issued, as you prefer.
  • Original shipping fees and delivery surcharges are not refundable, and will be deducted from your refund/credit/exchange. Return shipping fees are your responsibility. If a product was purchased with a free or discounted shipping offer, the item's refund/credit/exchange value will be reduced by the value of our actual shipping costs to you. Exchanged items that we ship to you are subject to normal shipping fees and delivery surcharges.
  • Certain clearance or special order items may not be returnable, as indicated at time of purchase.
  • We are unable to cancel orders once they have shipped. If you refuse a delivery, or are unavailable after repeated delivery attempts, our actual roundtrip shipping costs will be deducted when we process your refund.

7-day (in-store) return details

  • If an item is damaged once unboxed or delivered, please return it to, or contact, the store where you made the purchase within 24 hours of delivery. (The store's telephone number is on your receipt.)
  • Original sales receipt or gift receipt, and personal ID, is required for all returns and exchanges.
  • Returned merchandise must be in original condition and packaging; otherwise it may be subject to a restocking fee. Pending inspection of the returned product, a refund will be issued to the original credit card, or an exchange or store credit will be issued, as you prefer. If you paid cash, your refund will be in cash (for totals of $100 or less) or we will issue you a check within 5 business days ($100 or more).
  • Any original delivery charges are not refundable, and will be deducted from your refund/credit/exchange. Return transportation to the store is your responsibility. If a product was purchased with a free or discounted delivery offer, the item's refund/credit/exchange value will be reduced by the value of our actual delivery costs to you.
  • Certain clearance or special order items may not be returnable, as indicated at time of purchase. Magazines, books, gift wrapping, opened bedding, and all merchandise reduced by over 50% are neither refundable nor exchangeable.
  • For items that we are delivering, we are unable to cancel orders once they are en route to you. If you refuse a delivery, or are unavailable after repeated delivery attempts, our actual roundtrip delivery costs will be deducted when we process your refund.

1-year product warranty details (online and in-store purchases)

  • Unless otherwise specified at time of purchase, our products have a 1-year warranty, from date of purchase, against manufacturing defects (excluding paper products and final-sale items reduced by over 50%).
  • Many of our fine-quality products are built one-by-one or by hand. Normal artifacts of such construction (such as minor stitching, seam, woodgrain, weld, or fabric irregularities) are not covered by warranty.
  • Wear-and-tear (such as staining; fabric fraying, pilling, stretching; chipping; glass damage; and other usage damage), or improper user assembly or modifications, are not covered by warranty.
  • If we determine that the issue is covered by warranty, we will, at our discretion, issue a store credit or repair or exchange the product.
  • Please notify us within 48 hours of detecting a manufacturing defect at customercare@nooddesign.com or 1-877-324-9906. All warranty returns require a Return Authorization number.
